Support-System is an efficient ticket system based on PHP/MySQL. The basic upport system contains all features that are expected from a billing system - the ideal tool for beginners and professionals. A first version of Support-System was designed and developed in 2002 by Irmler IT-Solutions, mainly for ISP's. A simple design, quick load times and fast graphics were the priorities. Initially Support-System was marketed in Austria, with support by A&R. Soon the German market discovered our cost-effective and efficient ticket system. Irmler IT-Solutions continously developed Support-System, eventually to a fully blown ebusiness engine which can be used in tailor-made internet, intranet and extranet applications. The result was an easy-to-use highly efficient ticket solution at unbelievable low cost. Irmler IT-Solutions is one of the world's fastest ISP, offering a band width of 53 GBit/sec. Since October 2003 Billing4You is on offer also as rental version. You can now access billing systems with high speed server space from anywhere in the world, at an extremely low cost. Billing4You is programmed for speed and is one of the world's fastest online billing system.
